Lunch & Photo Rotations 

 

Lunch Rotations

As part of GRASS 2025, all delegates and advisors will be provided lunch in Bolton Dining Commons (across the street from the Tate Student Center). In order to best accommodate all participants, each institution will be assigned a lunch time. You are able to go to lunch at any point AFTER these designated times.

In order to enter the Bolton Dining Commons, all participants MUST have on their nametag/lanyard, as it is their personal lunch ticket. Each delegate will enter ONCE and exit ONCE. There will be volunteers present to dismiss and escort each lunch group to Bolton at their designated time.

​Delegation Photo Rotations

In order to capture the fun of the day, we have provided time for each institution to take a delegation photo either before or after their aforementioned lunch. These photos will take place in the MLC Atrium, there will be volunteers available to guide and assist in this process.  

​

Similar to the lunch rotations, below are the assigned time blocks for each institution’s delegation photo. Delegations are welcomed and encouraged to participate any time AFTER the slot designated below:
