Arrival & Check-In 

Check-in for the 2025 GRASS Conference will begin at 8:00am in the Tate Student Center and Welcome will begin promptly at 9:00am!

Parking Instructions:  ​

• We ask that all delegations vans and cars park at the Tate Center Parking Deck. Tate Center Parking Deck Address (searchable via Google and Apple Maps):  

45 Baxter St. 

Athens, GA 30605 

 

• Institutions arriving via bus:

  • ​Once you arrive at the deck's entrance, please follow the directions of the student staff volunteers as they will lead you to the reserved GRASS lot. All vehicles will park in the surface lot closest to the Tate Student Center by following the far-right lane. Parking is free for all participating.  

 

Check-in Instructions: 

• Check-in will take place on the 1st Floor Lobby of the Tate Student Center. Check-in should be completed by each institution’s advisor, not by individual participant.   

 

• In order to fully check in, the primary advisor will confirm the number of delegates present for confirmation of the materials. Each delegate advisor will receive a box with each delegate’s nametag and welcome bag. Once retrieved, volunteers will show participants to the 2nd Floor to the Tate Theater for the Welcome and Roll Call. We ask that you distribute the items to each participant once seated in the Theater.  

 

Swap Shop Participants:

• There will be two opportunities to drop off materials before the beginning of Swap Shop at 3:30 P.M. (during registration and during lunch). When dropping off materials, we ask that delegations send two people to set-up to limit traffic in this area!
