REFUND POLICY

• Refunds for registration fees will only be processed during the registration period, which is from September 25th to November 8th, 2024. Once registration concludes, refund requests will no longer be honored.

• In the event that you or a delegate is unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes to attendee information at least 2 weeks prior to the conference start date to facilitate a smooth transfer. The last day to communicate and execute attendee transfer, Friday, January 17, 2025.

• For refund inquiries or to transfer your registration, please contact our registration team at grass.gho@gmail.com.

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS

• Please note, we will not be booking a room block for the conference, but we recommend the following lodging options in Athens if your delegation is in need of accommodations. We suggest booking early to ensure availability:
